How it works:

• You have 7 days from the end of the workshop to request a full refund.
• To be eligible, you must have attended the entire workshop and completed the provided materials.
• Simply reach out to us via email at exp@christyramadge.com within 7 days of the workshop’s conclusion, and we will process your refund.

We want you to feel confident in your investment, and we’re here to support your success. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Refund Processing Details

• All payments and refunds will be processed through PayPal.
• The refund will be issued to the payment method you selected during checkout. For example:
  • If you used a PayPal balance, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account.
  • If you used a credit or debit card through PayPal, the refund will be credited back to that card.
• Please allow PayPal 5-7 business days to process the refund, depending on their processing times.
