Terms and Conditions for the 3-Day Intensive Workshop

By registering for the 3-Day Intensive Workshop (the “Workshop”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Registration and Payment

    • Registration: By completing the registration process and making payment, you are securing a spot in the Workshop. Registration is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
    • Payment: The Workshop fee is USD $500 for Early Bird registration. After the Early Bird period ends, the regular price of USD $700 will apply. Payments are processed via PayPal.

  2. Workshop Access

    • Workshop Content: You will receive access to all live sessions, workshop materials, and recordings for the duration of the Workshop. Access to recordings will be provided 24-48 hours after the live sessions are completed.
    • Technical Requirements: To participate in the Workshop, you must have access to a computer or device with internet connectivity and the ability to view video and interact with the session platform.

  3. Workshop Content Usage

    • Intellectual Property: All content provided during the Workshop, including but not limited to videos, slides, worksheets, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Christy Lee Ramadge at the Agent Success Group. You may not distribute, reproduce, or share this content without explicit permission.
    • Personal Use: The content of the Workshop is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or redistributed.

  4. Privacy and Data Protection

    • Data Collection: By registering for the Workshop, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. We may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any other necessary details to facilitate your participation in the Workshop.
    • Privacy: Your information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except for necessary purposes related to the Workshop, such as processing payments and providing access to the content.

  5. Liability Disclaimer

    • Limitation of Liability: CHRISTY LEE RAMADGE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Workshop. You are responsible for your own actions and decisions made based on the content provided during the Workshop.
    • No Guarantees: While we provide guidance and support during the Workshop, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from your participation.

  6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    • Workshop Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the Workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future Workshop.
    • Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend the Workshop, you may transfer your registration to a future session, provided you notify us at least 72 hours before the Workshop begins.

  7. Code of Conduct

    • Respectful Participation: We ask all participants to engage respectfully with other attendees and instructors. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to offensive language or actions, may result in removal from the Workshop without a refund.

  8. Amendments

    • Changes to Terms: CHRISTY LEE RAMADGE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants and will apply to future registrations.

  9. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  10. Platform and Access

  • The workshop will be hosted via Google Meet, and you will receive a link to the meeting upon registration. The link will be the same for each day. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to a device with audio and video capabilities. Participants may need to sign in with a Google account to access the session. If you encounter any technical issues, please contact us at least 24 hours before the workshop so we can assist you.

  • Non-Refundable for Technical Issues: While we strive to provide support for technical issues, we cannot issue refunds for missed sessions due to participant-side technical difficulties. Please ensure your Google account is set up and your device is ready before the Workshop starts.
