Welcome to Christy Lee Ramadge: Business Development Services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services Offered

  • Free masterclasses, business assessments, and paid business development packages and services.
  • SMS & email reminders and updates for scheduled services.

2. Payments

  • Payments for services are processed via PayPal or Stripe.
  • All payments are final. No refunds are offered. Receipt of payment confirms agreement to these terms.

  • Payments for services are processed via PayPal (Christy Lee Ramadge) or Stripe (Horacio Yuanih Ochoa Garcia)

3. Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations required for webinars or training sessions.
  • For complimentary one-on-one appointments, cancellation requires at least 4 hours’ notice. No-shows will not be rescheduled.
  • For paid 1:1 assessments or other appointments as part of your business development package or service, 4 hours’ notice is required. No shows will only be rescheduled once. No-shows thereafter will forfeit their paid meeting/scheduled service.

4. SMS Communication

  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS updates and reminders.
  • Message frequency depends on your scheduled services. Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt-out of SMS, reply “STOP” at any time.

5. User Conduct

  • No spamming or unauthorized use of our content or services.

6. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including financial success from our coaching or training.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on our website.
