Done-For-You Listing Marketing Package
For Existing Clients Only

By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms:


1. Eligibility

This package is available exclusively to clients who have previously purchased a branding package from me. I must have your logos, color palette, and brand templates on file.
If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible, please reach out before purchase.


2. What’s Included

You will receive professionally branded, platform-optimized marketing materials for your listing, including:

Designs:

  • Coming Soon, Just Listed, Sold, Open House posts

  • Feature Sheet (print-ready and digital)

  • Postcard (double-sided, print-ready and digital)

  • 1 Social Media Reel

  • 1 Instagram/Facebook Story

  • Linktree image

  • QR codes where applicable

Posting & Strategy:

  • Scheduled posting to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, and Linktree

  • Hashtag research, CTAs, and platform-specific write-ups

  • Squeeze page links per platform to track lead sources directly in BoldTrail

  • Branded “Instant Open House” landing page, auto-reply email, and follow-up campaign inside BoldTrail


3. Turnaround Time & Delivery

Turnaround begins only after all required materials are received:

  • Completed intake form

  • Access to full listing photos

  • Agent’s selected preferred images (or I will choose)

  • Updated login/passwords for all platforms and authentication

  • Music style selection (or default to trending)

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days.
Rush orders (<24 hours) are subject to a $75 fee.


4. Password Access & Account Verification

To ensure all assets are posted correctly:

  • Please share all relevant passwords via LastPass to c_ramadge@hotmail.com

  • If you are unsure of your current login info, we’ll need to schedule a brief password authentication session BEFORE we get started.

  • Delays in access may impact delivery time and scheduling of posts


5. Photo Selection Policy

Please clearly indicate your preferred listing photos when completing the form.
If preferences are not specified, I will select photos to maintain project timeline.
No redesigns will be made due to photo changes after initial design delivery.


6. Approval & Revisions

  • You will receive a draft of each asset for approval – we will use a spreadsheet to manage everything in one place

  • Approval must be given within 24 hours to keep posts on schedule

  • One minor revision per design is included; additional changes are billable


7. Music Options for Reels

You may choose from the following or allow me to use trending/ambient music:

  • Trending Instagram audio

  • Jazz

  • Piano

  • Acoustic

  • Ambient / Chill / Lo-Fi

  • Uplifting Corporate

  • Pop
  • Hip Hop (clean)

  • Let us decide

Your selection will be requested on the intake form.


8. Exclusions

This package does not include:

  • Printing or mailing costs (designs are provided print-ready)

  • Custom video shoots (only editing provided with images and video)

  • New brand creation or visual identity work


9. Final Sale & Results

This is a non-refundable, service-based product.
While I commit to delivering high-quality, timely marketing assets, results (leads, showings, sales) are not guaranteed.
