Welcome to Christy Ramadge – Business Development. By using our website, booking services, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. Services Offered

We provide strategic business development support for real estate professionals and small business owners, including:

  • Free and paid masterclasses, strategy sessions, and business assessments (non-financial and non-legal).

  • CRM setup, brand strategy, and automation services.

  • SMS and email reminders or updates related to booked services and training.


2. Payments

Payments for services are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe.

  • All payments are considered final once services have been delivered or initiated.

  • Refunds are not typically offered, except in cases of duplicate payments or confirmed service errors.

  • Receipt of payment confirms agreement to these terms.

  • Payments are processed under Stripe as Horacio Yuanih Ochoa García (Stripe) or Christy Ramadge (Paypal).

Please note that third-party payment platforms such as Stripe and PayPal maintain their own dispute and refund policies, which may override portions of this policy.


3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • No cancellations are required for free webinars.

  • For complimentary 1:1 appointments, at least 4 hours’ notice is required for cancellation. No-shows will not be rescheduled.

  • For paid 1:1 sessions or services included in a business development package, at least 4 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments without notice will be considered a completed session, as time has been reserved exclusively for you.

  • No-shows may be rescheduled once; additional missed sessions will be forfeited.


4. Communication Consent (SMS & Email)

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive relevant updates, reminders, and resources related to your engagement with Christy Ramadge – Business Development.

  • Message frequency depends on your booked services or participation level.

  • Standard message and data rates may apply.

  • You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying “STOP.”

  • Your contact information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties without your consent.


5. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You agree not to use our content, resources, or systems for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose, including copying or distributing materials without permission.

All materials, systems, training resources, and digital content shared by Christy Ramadge – Business Development remain the intellectual property of the company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any materials without written consent.


6. Disclaimers

Our programs and consultations are designed to provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and practical systems. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including financial or business results.

Christy Ramadge – Business Development shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits, arising from the use or misuse of our services or materials.

All insights and strategies provided are for educational and informational purposes only.


7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
By engaging our services, you agree that any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Mexican law, regardless of your country of residence.


8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
Clients with active engagements will be notified by email if significant changes are made.
